Will I be big enough?
Hello ladies! I went for my consultation yesterday evening with Doctor Gosh at the Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes and I'm so happy with how it went he's brilliant but I'm a little worried I won't be as big as I want to be after surgery. I told him I'd ideally like to be an E but if that's not achievable a full DD and after he measured me he said that an E is achievable but he does not go by bra sizes. So for my surgery he's going to order 410g/cc and 465g/cc tear drop implants and he said he will be placing them over the muscle.
My measurements right now are
Breasts; large B to small C
Underbust 27"
Height 5'6
Weight 9st 3lbs
Age: 21
So my question is will I be an E cup size with those implant sizes? Thank you :)

Re: Will I be big enough?
Hi & Welcome to Breast Buddies Llillybet,
Surgeons work in cc's & not cup sizes they tend to go on the size, shape & look you are after, cup sizes to them is just a letter. Everyone's anatomy is different, you seem to be starting with a decent amount of breast tissue & the size of implants is towards the larger size so would imagine you would could gain an E cup possibly larger!
If this has been your only consultation it's recommended you have a few more to explore all options available to you & to find a surgeon you are confident in getting you your desired result.
Taking pictures with you to consultations is a good way of letting a surgeon know what you are hoping to achieve & so they can see what it is you are after, this way you can be sure you are both on the same wave length.
There is tons of useful information & advice in our Breast Augmentation Information section to help you understand what's involved in having a BA & to better prepare.
For question just post away here in the General section there's always some of the lovely ladies around to answer & advise you where they possibly can.
Being new to the forum you may want to pop a post in the Newbies say Hello section where everyone can then welcome you here.
Enjoy the forum we have a fab bunch who I'm sure will make you feel more than welcome, look forward to following your boobie journey.

Thank you very much for replying! That's really great to hear and very helpful :-)
I had a consultation with transform prior to my consultation with BMI and I decided transform wasn't for me but Dr Gosh was brilliant and I'm definitely set on having my surgery with him!
I will pop by the newby section now and say hello! Xx

Hi, similar stats to me . I had anatomical implants 419 cc . Did you take pictures in to show your surgeon. I thought I would end up an E but I'm a FF but love them. It's a lovely size implant you are having . I think you will be big enough xx

I would say you will definitely achieve what you want with those implant sizes Hun - I had 430cc unders (teardrop) and started at a 34A/AA. At 6 days post op I was fitted with a 32E sports bra!!

Re: Will I be big enough?
There's no science behind it, so there's no knowing how you'll come out. But what I will say is that most girls are shocked at their first post op fitting because 'I don't look an E' or whatever size. The media has warped our idea of breast sizes. So a 400+ on an already B, you'll likely get at least an E.
