Post op bras and other bits..
Hey girls.. Any suggestions on what to get?
The one my surgeon wants me to get is 79 pounds.. and then I have to get the strap thing aswell.. so working out well over 100 pounds
Surely Il need more than one.. anyone have any suggestions on stuff they got for post op? Any good bras that I can get in addition to the one he recommended? Not really willing to fork out 79pound again to buy a second xx

M&s do a great 2 pack of sports bras which are very comfy and are £32 I think I paid. Also the macoms are good but they are expensive x there is a page on here for buying and selling etc maybe have a look and see if anyone is selling in your size x

They are extremely comfy and you only go on your band size so the material will stretch to whatever size u are x

I def recommend the macom, if you order online from their website enter mybreast in the discount code option and you'll get 15 % off. They've just brought out a red one that makes a nice change from the usual boring colours

Re: Post op bras and other bits..
£79?! What one is that? That's a crazy amount to spend. Average cost for a good sports bra (post op or not) is £40/45. Macom, sports jock, m&s 2pk or zip front, shock absorber, triumph triaction, panache non wired are all good alternatives if you've been told high impact. You'll need at least 2 bras and 2 bands (which I'm suprised you need to buy yourself. Double check on that, but only one other girl has had to), wash one, wear one, to reduce chance of infection.

Re: Post op bras and other bits..
Hi, when you say you have to get a strap, is that a surgical band? That's unusual if it is. The surgeon usually sorts that out. I also think £79 is extreame. Most girls that are told to wear a sports bra or surgical bra PO don't spend that much. Same as what charlii says, £40-45 is about normal. Give them a call maybe. Xxx

Yeh, go for a macom instead, you can get an additional 15% by putting 'mybreast' in.

Macom or Royce. You shouldn't have to buy your own strap either.

Re: Post op bras and other bits..
I wouldn't buy cheap because the elastic will go too quick and not give you the support you need x

Re: Post op bras and other bits..
It's not worth buying a cheaper brand as after a few washes they lose all support. ️Xxx
