V-pillows...your thoughts please x
Hi everyone, I was wondering if you all used a v pillow post op? I'm trying to get organised over the next week or so as going to New York in 2 weeks and them only back for a week and a half before the op so need to start being practical!
If you did use one, where did you get it from? Xx

I use mine now but didn't like it at the start because it pushed the boobs together and I had a lot of swelling in between, so I found it uncomfortable.
I got it off ebay, it was from John Lewis and paid £4 :) xx

I would say eBay.. But make sure you buy one 'new with tags' because you dont want to be using a pillow someone else has been dribbling on

I'm using a long pillow I bought from argos when I was pregnant
It's about 6' long so I've folded in in half and it's very padded and comfy. Probably bigger than a normal v pillow. I think it was £12 x

I didn't get on with mine post op, but I use it all the time now on the couch for napping, gaming, reading! I think I bought from John Lewis, but there are loads of deals to be had

If you manage to get a v pillow relatively cheap if you don't find it comfy then you're not too much out of pocket.
I preferred just normal pillows & positioned them like a v pillow , found this easier to adjust & move to find the comfiest position.

Yep agree Mirren!
I have looked on eBay and they are really reasonable. Didn't think about argos actually, thanks Tinkerbell. Will get one ordered this week. After spending all these thousands of pounds I think I can justify a few extra in the hope for comfort.
Thank you all so much...you're a lovely lot!
