I hate not being able to do anything been told to take it very easy and do nothing to avoid another haematoma just find it so hard poor hubby x

Things will get better x I'm sure it's hard if you a very active person and knowing you can't do anything for the next few days but it's not forever lol x

Big hugs Hun, I know how frustrating it can be. I have OCD and I LOVE cleaning (to my standard!) and having husband and kids help was a nessciaty for my healing and had to let things go. 

You'll look back in another few weeks and barely remember not being able to do anything and be back to doing some more chores and housework. 

Trust me it'll soon fly by, but take time for YOU and YOUR healing.

It is very frustrating not doing anything.  A numb bum and sore back added into boob pain doesn't help but hang in there, rest up and your recovery will be better.  Xx
