Yippee!
I had my check up with nurse today and I can stop wearing the strap (Wahoo!) And I can ease myself into wired bras after next week. She trimmed/ removed the 2 stitches that were working their way out so it can properly heal. There's no soreness or infection there so she's not worried about it. She put paper strips on to help it close up again properly. So I can't get them wet for 5 days then I can remove them and go into wired bras!
So happy and feel like I'm over a milestone.
My surgeon Mr Singh has left Transform though so I'll be seeing a different surgeon at my 3 month check. They think he's just working for the nhs now but couldn't give me any contact details. How would I go about finding him if I needed to? I know [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] has her ba with him same day as me.

Hi Twinkle
I looked everywhere on Internet to find Mr Singh. Found about his past hospitals no email address nothing. Glad to hear it's good news for you. Xxx

Sounds like you're now doing just fab!
I had a look on the internet to see what it brought up about Mr Singh & if it had info on where he now practising from, turns out there are a few surgeons with the same surname , is this your surgeon HERE ?

Re: Yippee!
His private secretary's telephone numbers listed & his email address too , which is handy to have should you need it. Good old spire for having these details listed on surgeon profile!

Yes that's him. I don't mind seeing the other surgeon at 3 months (it's the surgeon my friend had) but just wondered what might happen if there was a complication or anything? Xx

Re: Yippee!
Your surgery was through Transform so they would be liable to deal with complications as in your aftercare not the surgeon.twinkleroo wrote:Yes that's him. Glad all is well twinkle.
Easing into bras is good advise. Wearing a wired bra for an hour and build up as pushing newly augmented boobs into an unnatural postion can be a bit uncomfy at first x

Your so lucky Sarah! It was fine once it was on, didn't notice it much. Just limited the clothes I've been able to wear the last 6 weeks!
I'll do that Mrs Ball, will start wearing one in the evening then build it up. :-) xx
