Why is it that bigger implants don't always result in bigger boobs. Some women on hare have big boobs but not major large implants.

Re: Puzzled
Because a bra size is all to do with relative volume, and it all depends on a woman's anatomy to start with. If a woman is starting with more breast tissue, or is a 'bigger' girl (using the term loosley) then the cc's aren't going to go as far as a skinny Minnie who is flat. As for actual bra sizes, it's all dependant on the band, as it's the difference in size that gives you the cup.

Re: Puzzled
it's all about size. The smaller the woman the smallest amount of CCs will go a long way.
The larger the woman the least amount of CCs will go a long way.
So let's say a general guide of 400CCs given to a lady who is of a small frame this will maybe take her to an F/G cup
The small 400CC is a woman with a large frame will mybe take her to a D cup.
As well as that as Charlii says, your anatomy will also come into play so even those ladies with the same stats as each other will likely also come away with a different final result due to a long list of differences in our bodies that we all have.
But in general it is the smaller girls that need the least CCs to gain a specific cup soze than a larger girl wanting the same cup size. Xx

Re: Puzzled
Nope! Not a clue lol. You'll find in the stickys a thread called 'EVERYONES post-op stats. Just type stats in the search tool at the top right of the forum and you'll find it. You'll then maybe find women with similar or even the same stats as yourself to gain a general idea of what you may achieve, but please do remember it will only ever be a 'general idea' xx
