A little treat
hi girls, every night since my ba I have slept with a not so sexy sports bra on, I would like to sleep one night without one as a little treat for my husband. He has been a very good boy. Do you think it will be ok? I am 14 weeks PO now. I somehow don't feel secure without one. He hasn't once moaned about me wearing my sports bra every night. I just feel it give me a sence on security. Am I likely to wake up sore? Xxx

Re: A little treat
My surgeon has told me after 3 months (or 12 weeks) there will be no need for a sports bra and can even wear wired bra's if I wish.
Since you are over that time scale I'm guessing you'll be absolutely fine :) I think you're right, it's probably more of a security blanket.
You can always pop it back on afterwards!! *Not implying anything here haha!!*
Whatever you decide, I hope you wake up feeling great :) xxx

Re: A little treat
I normally wear my macom at night but I have gone the odd night braless To be honest they were a bit achy but absolutely fine, I think I just prefer the security of being trussed up The odd treat for the other half occasionally doesn't do any harm x

Re: A little treat
I'm the same as dling, usually wear one but occasionally don't and hasn't been a problem, maybe a little achey but nothing prolonged!

Re: A little treat
I sometimes leave mine off, but they are a little sore in the morning. That could just be mine though as it's giving me gip. But one night isn't going to harm them

Re: A little treat
My ps said no sex for 2 weeks after ba cause it will make your heart rate pump and can cause bleeding from incisions lol. Xxxx

Re: A little treat
One night should be fine , again my surgeon said there's no need for it after 12 weeks at night but I've slept in mine for over 2 years now, only because I like the security of it. My poor husband!

Re: A little treat
My paperwork said "restricted sexual activity" for 4 weeks. I didn't dare ask what restricted meant but my surgeon emphasised "no bouncing" multiple times!!

Re: A little treat
Well girls , he was asleep before we had even gone to bed so I slept with my sexy sports bra on . But I was about 4 weeks po before I was even in the mood for sex. But I think as soon as your allowed to do gentle excersise then sex will be fine xx

Re: A little treat
Haha my mum was telling me on her wedding night she threw up all over my dad. Apparently she was so nervous about having sex that it made her sick. My mum was bought up in a very strict Irish Catholic family and sex before marrage was a no no xxx
