Went really well Hun! Really soar today though and ribs feel bruised , I'm so happy though , sleeping the worst can't get comfy and once I'm down can't get up atoll on myself! Partners been gret helping me xx

It's the GA making you feel gassy and bloated. Try some peppermint tea, that's meant to help. And plenty of water

Oh I rem feeling so bloated and gassy. It was horrid. Think I started to feel the bloat go about day 5. Lots of water and little gentle walks if you can.

That's when the blood rushes to them, I hated that. I ate healthy and drank loads to get rid of the gas and walked round the house. Can I have a look at your pictures please? X x
