Following on from my last post about my consultation with Mr James McDiarmid I have finally decided to go for it and booked my new boobs!! Eeeekkkkk! 
It's still a long way off, what with work, a husband & 2 children to organize, the nearest I can get off with a decent recovery time after is July, but at least it gives me something to look forward too!!
I'm still not really sure on sizing, I'm thinking mid 400's I think?! I have slight asymmetry so will need 2 different sizes to try and improve that. I'd ideally like to be at least a 34DD, I'm a 34B now. 
Also I was going to have to go to Plymouth but managed to get booked in at my local private hospital which is only 20 minutes away from me, massive bonus!!

That's fantastic news. It will soon come around. I think you will be bigger than a DD . Possibly an E but you will look fantastic. Have you put your date on the calender? Xxxx

Great news! And you still have plenty of time to decide on a size. Honestly, I think anything 400+ on an already B will be more than a D, but then its all about perception of size. Have a good play with some rice boobs to see what size you're comfortable with and think suits you.

CC=grams, so 400cc, you'd measure 400grams of rice into a pop sock or the foot of some tights.
