I hd 415cc round allergan soft touch overs, but I am 9st 11 ish and only 5'4 tall, I was roughly a b cup to start with, if you'd like to see my pic trail you are more than welcome to, just pm me xx

Yes the rice boobs were good and the sizers looked fine - I actually picked the smaller out of two sizers which were offered. Just sounds a big implant for someone with my stats?

If you like the look and feel of 410 sizers and rice boobies then go for it hun, don't worry about it seemin a large implant for your frame, if your surgeons happy to use that size and your happy with the look and feel then go for it xx

I only has 335 cc and I felt that the sizes felt huge and rice boobs too. Yet now I have them, they feel great! I wouldn't have wanted any bigger or any smaller!

I think it's just nerves before your op. Try the rice boobs, put a top on and take a pic.  That helped me. X

Gembo - if you measure your ribcage are you actually a 34?

The bra you wear should be that actually measurement of your ribcage and not +4/5 inches.

The only reason I ask is that I'm 9 stone and wear a 32 :)

I think you should trust your surgeon's opinion. Did you give any indication of the look you wanted? xx

Sorry  that was a typo! I measure a 32 and wear a 32 :) . I wear a bra from Asda called"  the one " and it's massively padded so I said make me a little bugger than this bra makes me look and I'll be happy
