Sports bra size
Hi,
PS said to buy 34C and 34D for after op, so I did and I've been wearing both. They both seem to fit? I assume that's because I'm probably on the larger side of a C and smaller side of a D... OR because I've never had boobs before I don't know what I'm looking for with the fit?
Can you tell me what I should be looking for?
Anyway question is, I'm gonna buy a triumph extreme (from the recommendation on here) and I don't know which size to buy! Do they come up slightly small or big?
Thanks! X

Re: Sports bra size
Do any shops sell them locally to you, someone could measure you and tell you your correct size, then come home and buy on the net!
If go to the triumph website and do 'store locator' they may sell them in a gym/department store local to you :) x

Re: Sports bra size
They're tight, but pretty true to size. You could give yourself a quick measure for a guideline, then buy a couple of sister sizes to try on. If I remember, their returns are free and refunds pretty quick. Take a tape measure around your band and don't add anything. I measure 31" so wear a 32. Then leaning forward measure straight across you're nipple line, or the fullest part. Subtract the difference for your cup, 1a, 2b, 3c d dd e f ff etc. This is a rough guide and not a substitute for a proper fitting, but at least you'll know where to start. Also remember a new bra should be worn on the widest clasp, so that it can be pulled in as the elastic wears.
Hope that helps

Perfect, thank you Charlii and Sarah.
Will give the measuring a go and if I can't go to a store I'll just order online, glad you can return if not good fit x
