Rice boobies
So.... My surgeon recommended 450cc implants and when I tried them on in consultation I loved them however after reading other ladies who have had 450ccs ending up being an E cup it's frightened me thinking I could be the same ( I know everyone is different and might look different than me) the surgeon did say I could be a D or E after surgery was wondering if I went down to 400cc would it make much difference or am I just being silly and paranoid?!
I have done rice boobies with both sizes and the results are negligible. I measured the circumference of both implants and cut it out onto thin cardboard then filled the required amounts.
I am going back to see the PCC on Wednesday evening to discuss this further and try on som more sizes to be sure
What is everyone's view on this?!

Re: Rice boobies
Please try and forget about the cup size. I know it's easier said than done, but it's just a number. Did the sizes look good on you? Did they suit you? Did you like how they looked and felt? That's all that matters.
I'll give you, an E does sound scary, but what is an E really? Cup sizes are all relative to volume. So a 32E is a 34DD, is a 28FF. Same volume of breast, different relative size to band. When I fit into my first 32e I was like whoa, and yeh, probably would have freaked out of you'd have told me that beforehand. But, my boobs are the perfect size for me and suit my body.
Try the rice boobs and wear them about the house for the day. Get a feel for them on your body. If they feel to big, go slightly smaller. But try not to worry about the label in your bra!

Re: Rice boobies
Hahaha thanks Charlii
Yh I think they suited my frame as I've got quite wide hips but a small waist, hour glass figure and looked like it balanced me out as at the moment I'm bottom heavy

Re: Rice boobies
Well there you go! I had quite the shock, I thought I was a 36, so was trying my rice boobs on in a 36C, so you can imagine when I had my first 3m fitting and they come in with 32dds, never mind when I fluffed a size bigger! But like I say, it's all about the look.

Yh I thought I was a 36 then measured myself and was a 34b not 36 and hoping that at least 400cc will balance me out

Re: Rice boobies
Implants tend to measure bigger than they look. I look a C/D in clothes but measure E. I had 450cc left and 425cc right from a 32B xx

Re: Rice boobies
That's an urban myth. Nothing measures bigger than it looks, it's just our perception of the size.

Re: Rice boobies
Quick question with regard to rice boobies...
I dont have any scales at home! Can you measure out the rice in a jug (is that a really stupid question!?) or do you need proper scales?

As long as you convert it properly, it's fine

Re: Rice boobies
Do you have any 'cup measurers?' you would need a cup and a half for the density of rice = 277g
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
All the conversions from grams to mm I can find, are for water... which has a completely different density :S xx

Re: Rice boobies
I measured 450g and 400g of rice lol and cut out circumference of what size the implants are placed rice in food bags then put pop socks over the top to keep the rice round x seems to have done the trick. I'm probably going to opt for 400cc xx

Re: Rice boobies
When you say cut out the circumference...what do you mean haha?
I have the following info on my 275cc implant...
Width = 11.7
Height 11.7
Projection = 4.8
LVC = 6.7
Volume = 275
Which one of them is the circumference?! Sorry to be so thick, Maths was never a strong point!

Re: Rice boobies
I got some card thin like an old Christmas card. You will need a compass needle thing you would get in a maths set. Measure half of circle which is nearly 6cm, set the needle to it and draw the circle. Cut it out and use it as the shape of the implant xx

Re: Rice boobies
I didn't have a compass so used a cup or glass that was roughly the same width/just a little bigger and then kept trimming it as equally as possible until it was the right size. I haven't owned a compass for over 20 years!!

Re: Rice boobies
Hahahaha Yh I improvised! I had a cable tie which I cut down to size and had a pin and stuck that into the cardboard with the end of the cable tie! It worked a treat
