Ok for a few hours without strap?
I was only given the one strap & I've just hand washed it this morning. Will I be ok for a few hours without it on whilst it drys? Kinda have no choice really! Will it undo the work its done though?

If you've only been given one, I guess there's no choice. Can you ring the clinic and ask for another? I was advised to wash mine daily.
An hour without it should be ok,but I really think you should get another from transform if they want you in it 24/7. Luckily they don't take too long to dry. Pop it in the tumble dryer or use the hairdryer if you're desperate!

Thanks, I'm going to the clinic tomorrow so I'll ask the nurse for a second one.
