Thoughts on ultra high profile? Anyone had these??

The old way of determining profile used to depend on the width of the Breast, so the slimmer the woman was the higher the profile would be.

However looking at the Natrelle profiles, it seems the more 'forward projection. You'd like to achieve the higher the profile as you can see in this diagram here:

Because I know I can only have 345cc because of the width of my Breast, I'm so tempted to ask if I can have xtra high! X

I have xhp due to the cc size of my implant and my bwd it was the only implant that had the dimensions for what I wanted. I find xhp gives a good cleavage and some side boob due to the projection. X

Me Singh is renound for his big boobs, I'd like to see him I think as I know he's a big boobed surgeon. yes

400cc for forts ba though is a good decent size without being too much x

I've got xhp due to my small bwd. They're just the right size for me, good volume, not too wide, and I get a cracking cleavage!

Great thanks girls the diagram is really helpful! I was really happy being offered 400cc as Dr Singh said i hardly have any breast tissue at all & he is surprised i even fill an A cup!
I said i would like a DD/E but he thought E might be pushing it so should end up with a D/DD happy either way but cannot wait to find out what i will be. Glad to hear i should end up with a good cleavage too would love to have a bit of side boob Ultra high profile Imagegif

Just to note - you're cleavage won't change, it'll just have more volume to it. Think of it as you're getting exactly the same boobs, but bigger. I was surprised to find a cleavage as I had no volume before to create one!
