Any one else had motiva high profile round ?

To me high profile means the falser look? I'm hoping to hear from women to put my mind at ease a little . I am supposed to be having these in feb :)

Profiles don't actually determine whether you'll have a fake look or not.

In general, the slimmer you are the higher the profile. This is to enable a good 'fit'

I have high profiles. The may look very full in my profile picture due to the bra I'm wearing which is made to create that look, but they're actually quite natural in a T-shirt bra or naked.

I wouldn't worry Gem. The high profile was chosen because of your frame and not because your surgeon thinks a fake look may suit you better. Xxx

Oh ok cookie I think I understand . Yours look amazing . Are you on FB or whatsap so I could email you privately ? I am so worried that I will look false and everyone will tell if in a low cut top. They said my breasts aren't wide as I'm quite a small girl , I am 29 inch chest and weigh 8 stone ,5ft 1 .
Last time I went for a chat they were going to use motiva full moderate I think . But now that I said I would like a nice cleavage they have changed to high profile . I don't understand it all and am worried I'm not explaining myself properly to the surgeon because I know nothing about boobs . !

Here's a picture of the different profiles. The higher the profile the narrower the implant (hence generally the slimmer you are the higher the profile) and also the higher the profile the more forward projection you have.

However *note* that in the Natrelle range the high profile is just a tad wider than the mod plus, which is why your surgeon chose this because they'd still be within your BWD but will just close the cleavage gap a little for you to create a better cleavage. Xx

I'm sure they'll be just fine Gembo. Our stats are very similar actually, but your an inch smaller than I and a little lighter lol but if we compared given the differences we'd be very similar. Xx

I have high profiles and they don't look fake (at least I don't think so!). If I got them too big for my breast width then obviously they would, but I went with my surgeons recommendations and didn't push it! If you look to the left at people's pic and profile you can often see what inplant they've had. Maybe take pictures to your consultation to help you explain the look you want?

Hi mama Mia wow yours look very very natural ? It's hard to see from pictures as the pics are small but does your stats now say a your an f cup ? The surgeon said what size do I want to achieve a d , dd or maybe an e ? I was like oh i don't know I can't even remember what I looked like when I was a dd through Breastfeeding ! I wish I could use a computer generator and say make me look like this ! I am having 400cc which should make me a d cup , dd maybe if I am lucky . But they can't say exactly

I think you'll definitely get your DD from 400s and I'd even stretch to an F cup given your stats. But you can't take that literally because there really is no exact science with this surgery. Xx

They can never give you a cup size, and remember a d on a 30 band is very different to a d on a 34 band....surgeons don't really bare this in mind when they make a sweeping statement about being a d cup!! If you take pictures then your interpretation of a d willl hopefully match his! The bra in my pic is a 30f. In other shops I wear a 32dd or e. Sounds big but really is just as they look. I wanted a natural look with no one noticing, and they's what I got!

I think it's down to perception....I asked for a c/d said i didn't want to be dd. but if they were any smaller than they are now is be disappointed!

Lol. I wouldn't panic about an F. An F for your band size is sooooooo much smaller than an F in a larger girls band size.

Take a look at this picture. All the bras are a D cup, but as they go up in band size the cup gets bigger and yet it's still a D!

Hard to get your head around isn't it but perception of cup sizes is one of the things the majority of pre-op women have no understanding of. It's only post-op when you go for your fittings that you begin to realise just how wrong your perceptions were. Xx

Oh my god ! I didn't realise this ! How strange ! Well ! Thanks again you really should have been my patient coordinator I have learnt more from speaking to you . So do you think the 400 high profile will be big enough without looking to false ? I tried them on and I felt comfatable . I mean the jelly boob implant kit . The 425 seemed quite big but not I'm sure after speaking with you .

Patient care co-ordinators are just sales women. They wouldn't bother taking their time to research for their patients. They have no medical training either, hence why you get nothing but rubbish from them. I wouldn't want to be a PCC though. I think they should all be abolished! Lol.

I had 440cc motiva HP (corse ones)...it's hard for me really to comment as I'm still waiting for them to soften and properly drop and fluff, but Cookie just posted a fab pic in another post and HP's looked v natural! That was my biggets worry too! Who's your surgeon? x

My surgeon is anarldo pagnelli . Boobies to be - the strap you are wearing in the picture ? Is that what I will get from hospital , if so how much is it to buy ? I am going to go to the city Tommorow and try buy some sports bras and some button up pjs ! What size and type sports bras do I need ?

I was given that to wear, and another to take home. I gather they are down to surgeon preference though or if you're having unders or overs. I have to wear mine for 6 weeks....next Saturday They are going :)

There are lots of threads on here about bras though...they're definitely worth a read! There are so many choices, and I now have about 4 for varying reasons, but if I'm completely honest, and yet to find one that I really really like. At this point though I'm continuing with the most supportive and counting down the days (21) until I can get into the big girl bras :) x

I have extra high profile because of my narrow BWD and they still look natural (im pouting them a bit in my avi, because I can!), but naked they look full and pert with a nice natural slope. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

The strap in Boobies2be's pic is surgeons preference. We had the same surgeon and both had to wear it for 6wks. Your surgeon may prefer not to use one. Are you going with THG? If so, you'll be given one if you need one, so don't worry about buying it.

So glad I posted this because I feel a lot better now. I think I expected to see the implant through the skin lol ! Yes going with the hospital group . I just got my back measured and it's 32 . But no idea what style of bra to get for after the op saying that how long will I have to keep the hospital one on for ?

Who measured your back? Did you add anything? Just checking because most people get this wrong and add the 4/5 still. Your back measurement will be exactly what the tape reads.

Did your surgeon say they would provide you with a bra? I would ring and double check on that, because I've not heard of any thg surgeons providing the bra, just the band if needed. Ask if you need high or low impact, and what size they might recommend as a starting point.

The macom is a good one because you only need your band size, it stretches to your cup. Though you need to remember you'll be swollen for the first few weeks, and can go up one or two bands. Back fastening ones you can buy in your size and get extenders to accomodate this. Have a chat with your surgeon and find out exactly what you need.

Hi I have ultra high profile round motiva 410cc and is taken me to 28G/30FF but don't let that scare you as I realllyy don't look that size !! Especially in clothes! They are really in proportion! I was a droopy c cup before (well that's what size i was could be wrong) best thing I have ever done good luck with your boonies journey xxx
