OMG ! Under my boobs where my dressings are .... So so itchy and red just wana scratch my dressings off !
Is that just normal irritation ?

Yes Hun, itchy inscions are a good sign it's healing nicely, the itching regards dressings also normal especially if they havnt been changed yet. 

Take an antihistamine of it's really bad. 

Just watch if it's red it's more Likey just irritation however if you feel any fever, unwell, looks really irritated give the clinic a call to check it out for infection. X
However if your still on anti bs it's unlikely it'll be infected x

If it's red it could be that you're having an allergic reaction to the dressings, so it may be wise to give your clinic a call and have the nurse take a look for you. It only take a minute to pick up the phone and call babe, but at least you'll get some relief and reassurance from having the clinic nurse take a look for you. Xx

Ok so I've just got hubby to look and he says its just where the band of sports bra is rubbing on the plasticy bit of the dressing, it's not itching now I've re adjusted my sports bra ! So fingers x'd thays all it was, and he said it looks like it's only a bit red because I've been itching it :-/ x

Pop a panty liner or a sanitary towel under the band (sticky side on the bra band) Roses. It helps the irritation and acts as a nice soft cushion between band and skin too. Xx
