I've changed my Avatar pic to show what massive progress I've made in 8 weeks. Really thought nothing was changing but the pictures don't lie. Same bra but 8 weeks apart. Massaging really is helping at last!! dance

Thanks ladies. They are still sore at times and firm first thing especially but are definitely making improvements. Continuing with the massage til I see my PS next month. Hopefully he is pleased with my progress since I did my 2 weeks on ibuprofen and have been massaging. Have been massaging lumpy scars too. They are doing well :) xx
