Wow pixie dust they're amazing!! IM feeling much more confident now thank you that's helped so much, the change in them too is unbelievable from before to a year later! I'm excited now :) x

All unders are partials, I'm 5'3, 9st and am a 32F with 330 so think you'll be bigger than a DD.

Wowzers thanks kezjb:) I thought there was 3 placements, totally under, over and dual plane where they slice the muscle and make it into an apron if that makes sense ?!? Confusing or what haha!

I believe total unders are only for women who have had a mastectomy, or men who are wanting to be women!

For our purposes unders are partials, I have unders, to hide the top of my implants cause I'm slim and had little natural breast tissue.

I've only just realised that my previous reply never displayed my whole message??????

I'm an empty 32a hoping to become a full D
I'm having 375cc unders with the hospital group, as a daycase under deep sedation/ local at Hammersmith, but trying to contact my pcc to change this to a ga.

I am wondering now though how Mr Suliaman will fit 375cc in? Because I've seen people with similar stats to me that can have a max of 350??

How tall are you hun and what's your rib size because from what I've been told on here that all matters... Confusing isn't it ;) I've been told 350cc hp partials is my maximum for a natural look.

Blimey no I even discussed whether I'll be sedated or put to sleep just hoping its GA although again I've read here that Hammersmith is a clinic that only do day cases and that's why where as I'm with Dolan park which is a hospital. Hopefully someone
More experienced than me will pop along soon and be able to clarify xx

I'm 5ft 3? Not sure the size of my ribs? I'm going round my mother in laws in a bit I will get her to measure me.... I didn't realise it was to do with rib size, if you don't mind me asking what's your rib size?

I've contacted my pic about my concerns and that I would like to change to an overnight case wand have it done under a GA, this was a few days ago and all she said is she will check dates and let me know, but yet again she still hasn't bothered contacting me to let me know either way!

Not long till your op Hun, are you prepared? Xxx

Sounds about right, my PC is proving hard to get replies from too :( I'm unsure about rib size but I have a small boney frame lol. Your breast width matters a lot too if you google it you will find info on how to work it all out :) also double check your cup size, I did and I'm a band width of 28 but wearing a 32 bra on smallest clip of that makes sense I've Taken some pics and put em on picture trail yesterday. Kez is right, full unders tends to be for mastectomy or male implants. When we refer to unders on here, its generally partials. Then you have overs and dual plane.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], I can tell you from experience Mr Sulaiman will only put in what he can! He took a 375 and 340 into my surgery, but the 375 was too big to safely fit, so I wouldn't worry about that. All girls are going to be different, so don't fuss about what other girls have had. its dependant on your body, how you chest looks, your breast width diameter (BDW), existing tissue, and the profile you are going for. Im sure he's made the best decision for you. If you're trying to change to a day case I would be on them constantly, call and call until you can confirm it. You will need to change the date though, Hammersmith only does twilight day cases, if you opt for overnight it will be moved to Dolan Park near Birmingham.

I've tried my contacting my pcc again today, left a message, still nothing will try again in the morning,
It's put a few more doubts in my mind though because if the pcc isn't getting back to me now, and all I've paid is my deposit, then what on earth will the aftercare be like should a problem occur. I know they are busy but I've been trying all week., and all I want to know is if I can change to an overnight, which dates are available and how much more it will cost to change, perhaps I'm asking to much really...

Did you have your op done at Dolan park? And how did you find recovering from having unders?

There's still time to change, try speaking to reception, or insist on anyone, not just your pcc. The good news is that you won't deal with them at all post op, just your clinic nurse. I had my nurses direct email, and always had a response in 24hrs. I could also call the clinic, and even a few weeks ago, and they got back to me same day.

I was at Dolan park, they keep you nice and drugged up overnight! They were lovely there, made you feel safe and secure. Recovery wasn't easy, I won't lie, but it's not unbearable. It's more an ache and a weight on your chest, and it does take time as the muscles have to stretch and accommodate. But I could cope with paracetamol, so not so bad.
