confused - been for new bra fitting today

Hey haven't been on here for ages as been busy with work and uni.
Just a question as I am confused -last time I was fitted for my bras (bravissimo) I was fitted in a 30ff/g (april 2014).
Well I've been today and been fiited into a 30GG! Could there be something wrong with my boobs or can they change size?
Any advice would be appreciated

You've fluffed Rach 
This happens as your boobs drop into the pocket and fill out making your bust protrude forward and increase in cup size.

I didn't think that 100% filled implants fluffed? My surgeon said to me that they wouldn't drop and stay in the place he put them

This diagram is the best I've seen to explain fluffing Rachael.
You had Polyeurothane (Furries)?
These implants do immediately stick to the Breast tissue upon placement, the implant itself in the Furries don't drop at all, but.....the skin and muscle if you have partials does soften up, so at that relaxes it makes a nice Breast crease and and as the softening continues, the breast fills out and protrudes forward (fluffing).
There are MANY surgeons that have said boobs don't fluff, but we continue to prove them wrong, time and time again....lol. Xx

Just seen you have the Nagor Impleo, so you have textured implants
YES they do drop into the pocket, these take time to adhere to the Breast tissue so DO move until they're bedded in
The ONLY implants that don't move once they're placed are the Polyeurothane, or Brazillian Furries as they're otherwise known. But like I said, even these have the potential to fluff. Xx

They seem to be still in the same place as when I had them done, but still not 100% it's that.
Might just go and see my surgeon just in case something is wrong as had been getting slight pain as well.

You should of course see your surgeon if you're overly concerned Rachael. After all, that's what your aftercare is for isn't it!
