Balance due

Hi ladies! I paid £500 deposit when booking to THG and the remaining £5000 is due today! As I was told it had t be payed 21 days before surgery? I haven't had a letter or phone call or anything do I just call them? Did any one else get a reminder or a call? Xxx

I didn't get a call or letter, I just rang up the main hospital number and they put me through to accounts :). I did find it odd that they didn't send a reminder! X

I also left mine to the final due date to pay...that day I remember being filled with 'am I doing the right thing?!' As it seemed like such a lot of money! Just give them a ring though they'll put you through to the right department :) x

Yes I just paid but got no reminder. They tell you a due by date and that's when it needs to be paid by or they could cancel x

I don't remember if they called, but yes, just give them a shout and you can pay over the phone.
