I have my boobs...so so happy :)
So I got collected by a Hospital Group drive at 5am. Very friendly and a comfortable journey. Felt very relaxed, and arrived at the hospital just before 7am. On arrival, I was asked to take a seat. I was 1 of 6 waiting, all sitting in absolute silence, and slightly asleep too! Considering I don't ever have brekkie normally today of all days I was absolutely starving! Definitely psychological because I know I can't eat :)
I had to wait quite a while in reception as lady in my room wasn't feeling too well. At 7.45 nurse ended up coming down and doing all my paperwork etc in a consult room as I was first on the list for surgery at 8.30 so everything was a bit of a whirlwind! At 8.15 I was in my room and literally within 20 minutes I was marked up, gowned, seen by anaesthetist and on my way to theatre!
In theatre the entire team made me feel even more relaxed than I already was. Even up to then I hadn't been at all nervous...it was strange! Just said to make sure I wake up at the end! At 10.20 I was woken up gently, immedialy went to feel my boons, and whoop woooo there they were!!! I the apologised if I had snored haha!
I had been umming and arring between 410 and 435cc ever since booking. I have 440 in both aa it turns out but already they look fab! I'm a little tired so have been sleeping on and off, but touch wood no nausea at all yet! Very very tight, but so far I am honestly on cloud 9!
Everyone who I have met so far have been absolutely lovely!
Will post another update later if things change.

And the good thing is that any concerns you have you can ask on here. So you can relax a bit more and share your experiance with like minded girls. Also you kind of know what's normal with regards to the healing process. Every week for me is a different healing phase. First came the tightness then the bad back lack of sleep usual stuff, then came the sore feeling skin and the dropping. But even though it's uncomfortable it's been enjoyable if you know what I mean. Thanks to the girls on here. You look great already. Imagine what the next few months will bring. Roll on the summer. Winter is a good time to get your boobs done. What size would you like to be? Or you think you will be. Xxxx

Re: I have my boobs...so so happy :)
Afternoon has been rough with nausea...a few tears thrown in too haha. Feeling OK again now, but wasn't expecting that come down so soon afternoon my buzz immediately after surgery! Boobs look huge in avi, butits just the angle! They are in reality so far the exact size I had pictured myself with :)
Can not fault the staff, care and attention here. They have all been so lovely so far. Have been sleeping on and off for the whole day, finally managed a little something to eat not so long ago, and also did the worlds longest wee...apologised when finished as nurse was waiting outside haha. Sorry, tmi!!

Re: I have my boobs...so so happy :)
Morning all...had a much better night, and got about 4-5 hours sleep in one block. Woke about 3 and have been up since. Will set up a picture trail of pre and post op so far probably when I get home today.
So glad there's this forum for support. Having support from the few friends and my family that knowis lovely, but it's not the same as from people who are going through or have been through it too. I find myself following up with 'but once they settle' a lot!
Xx
