Hey ladies. Thank you for all the well wishes. Yesterday was fab- I really enjoyed the day. I wasn't in much pain at all yesterday but it's hit me today. Surgeon put in 460cc in the end, under muscle . 

Not blowing my own trumpet but they look fab haha! I love them, no frankenboobies here.  Yeah, they have to drop and fluff but I can see that they're looking lovely already  dance. 
I'm just on paracetamol and ibuprofen now so i'm feeling quite stiff. I'm having a few farty noises every now and again and have quite puffy nips, but I'm guessing that's normal?

Farty boobs and puffy nips is totally normal. The noises is just the trapped air and fluids from the swellings, it'll dissipate naturally into your body eventually.

Just got a stabbing pain in my right boobie when I bent over. Is that normal? Panicked as it nearly brought tears to my eyes

Yes it's normal" I think they are called zingers. But someo eelse will comfirm for me. I get them. It's part of the healing xxx
