Should I ring the clinic or is normal to have bright red cheeks and be flushed after op?

Hi Lou , it can be a side effect of morphine, but call the clinic if you are worried. Xxx

I was like that after op as well but I thought I was just too cosy, I had myself wrapped up on the couch in front of the fire!  But if your worried call the clinic.

I was the same hun.....check your temperature.... drink plenty of fluids.
It is GA leaving your system I expect. But do take your temp and rest up. xx

Hot and flushed is fine, its the GA on your hormones. As long as its flushed and doesn't pass into fever, you're ok. My temperature was all over the place for the first few days, rarely wore more than my undies!
