I'm not the same stats as you. I'm 5'4 9stone and having 370cc anatomical cohesive gel overs next week. From what I can gather its down to personal preference. All depends if you want big boobies or boobies that go with your frame. Everyone is different. Hopefuly someone will be along with the same stats xxxxx

Re: Best size for me
I don't want to be big, i'll just be happy to fill a bra! i want it to be as natural as possible but i want it to be noticeable. I suggested a c/d to my care co-ordinator but she was positive i should go bigger to appreciate the difference so i dont know anymore...

Re: Best size for me
Ahhh bless you. Most girls seem to want a little bigger. Type into the search bar, boob greed. Maybe a nice D? I haven't got a clue what size I will end up but I'm going for the slightly bigger implant but anatomical should give me a natural look I hope. So much to think about . Your day will come round soon. I have found this forum and the girls so helpful. And honest too which is important xxxx

Re: Best size for me
Hi! All implants will have completely different results on every girl. You can find someone with the exact same stats as you, but the same implant will come out completely different. If you did want some sort of idea, theres a sticky thread above in this section where the girls can list there before and afters, so you can have a look there.
My advice is do not listen to the PCC. She's not medically trained in any way, and is not qualified to advise you on your implant size. That should be a discussion between you and your surgeon only. Also, don't go in looking for a size. One, surgeons work in CC's not bra sizes, and two, your idea of a D vs their idea of a D can be completely different. Have a look here - all the bras in the picture are a D cup! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Focus instead on the look you want to achieve. Try and find some pics of what you like, and what you don't like, and go back for another sizing consult with your surgeon, not the PCC. Maybe also get some consults with other surgeons for their opinions too, so you can compare.
FYI, Im 5'7", 10st, 10/12 and had 340. Thought I would come out 36C. Was wearing the wrong size, so actually went from 32AA to 32DD/E. It sounds like a huge size, but actually they suit my body perfectly.

Re: Best size for me
Hi Shannonlouise, congrats on your news/booking.
I had my BA with mr Meleagros 26th oct just gone, was so happy with him and his work :)
Not the same stats as you but I'm 5,8 , size 10/12 and I had 800 overs, they are amazing. Huge but completely suit me.

Re: Best size for me
Are you getting an appt with your PS prior to your date? Take some pictures of what you want as like Charli said everyone's idea of what a certain size is can certainly very different.
FYI, I am a similar size to you, 5 6 and a bit, 10 stone, empty A and size 8 top. Had 415's and have been measured as a 30FF/G. I do have a teeny back though!!!!

Re: Best size for me
I went for my consultation with Mr meleagros last week. He was lovely but i didnt find him very helpful. He just kept saying "whatever makes me happy" which doesnt really do much when i don't know what implant is right for my body. I settled for 410 overs but im worried this will be too big?

Re: Best size for me
this is a grey area and I'm sure im right in saying that your booking fee that you probably would have paid when you arranged the consultation on the 16th of November only comes into play from the day you actually saw your surgeon for your 'first' consultation because there's no possible way of you being able to give informed consent to the surgery planned until you've seen the surgeon.
Now, as you only saw this surgeon last week, you should be entitled to your deposit back seeing as you are still within your 2 week cooling off period.
From reading your post you seem to have no confidence whatsoever in this surgeon Shannon and I'm totally with you babe. You don't pay money to seek out advise from an expert only to be told to guess your size yourself. That's what you're paying him for!
I'm sorry Shannon but I wouldn't let a surgeon who couldn't be bothered to take the time to measure my Breast width dimensions to ensure I'm getting the correct size for my body near me at all with a carrot, let alone a scapel!!!
If I were you Shannon I'd be demanding my deposit back based on your cooling off period from your first consultation and I'd take my money elsewhere and look for a surgeon who understands what I want and is willing to take responsibility for their decisions because they're the expert in this field.
I hope I haven't upset you at all in saying this Shannon but I couldn't just read and walk away from you hearing in your post how desperately and quite rightly concerned you are.
If you do ask for your deposit back, do it be email so you have written confirmation with dates and times on to prove you're within the cooling off period from your first consultation.
Of course if you're happy to continue with this surgeon Shannon that's entirely your decision and you will continue to get our full support throughout your journey. Xx

Re: Best size for me
HI Shannen,
i have similar stats to you. im 5ft 7 34a at the minute but weigh heavier than you 12stone 5. Im having 450cc overs.
but like the ladies said doesn't matter what anyone else is getting even if you have the same stats, everyone turns out different. Having my surgery in 17days so your more than welcome to have a look when im done.

Re: Best size for me
oh no please don't get me wrong, he measured all my dimensions told me any differences i had in my breasts and made sure i had enough breast tissue to cover implants. He also made sure i actually wanted the surgery asking numorous questions about why i wanted it and how long i had thought about it for which i was quite happy with. He just wouldn't tell me what implant would make me around a D cup which was quite infuriating.
WOOO! you're the closest to my stats i've found!! can you please update me on your sizing?

Re: Best size for me
Ahhhh, I see. Well that's VERY different. A surgeon doesn't work in cup sizes Shannon, they work in volume, so when you're asking for a cupsize from a surgeon you may as well be asking how long a piece of string is - they just don't know. They don't work in lingerie, they work in plastic surgery.
It would likely help you to book a second consultation (most of us do this) and take in some pictures with you of the sized boobs you'd like. There's a thread as a sticky in this part of the forum with pics for newbies to look through if you'd like to maybe see if there's anything there you like, or failing that, lads mags such as Nuts and Zoo are also a good place to look. In having a visual between you you're both in no doubt of the look your after or the amount of CCs your surgeon feels required to help you achieve that. Xx

Re: Best size for me
I was going to do this but i didnt know if this would give off the wrong impression.. i was worried it would say i was only having it down to look like the girls in the magazines which couldnt be further from the truth!! i will do this, im going back on the 11th of december so will try again then. Thankyou so much for your help.

Nahhhhh they dnot think that at all babe. They think you've put a lot of thought into this surgery and you're a woman who knows what she wants. Hope the second consultation goes well
Re: Best size for me
If not has your ps got a website with the work he's done? Mine did had a good look on there and said I'm going for that look, with this information I could go slightly bigger and go for natural but fake look, so a little pert lol. My ps was pleased I came back for second consultation, as cookie said it shows you've put thought into it x x

Re: Best size for me
I took before and after photos I found on the internet from other surgeons. Took ones a liked, and didn't like (too big/small). I would perhaps ask for the biggest size you could reasonably fit whilst maintaining a natural look (if that's what you want) and then work backwards from there trying on sizers or rice boobs. Don't work in cup sizers as your perception of do will likely be very different to the reality! I had the max size I could reasonably have (limited by my bwd) which was 330 and now 32dd. Previously wore 34aa but didn't fill it at all, nearly 10 stone, 5'5

Re: Best size for me
My surgeon said that he would need to see me a second time before op. So I had 2 consultations. He wanted to make sure it was what I wanted and to get any questions I had discussed beforehand. Which I'm glad about. He did recommend a cc for me but did say that when he has a look if he can safely fit more he would . And he did . I ended up with 410cc and not 370cc . But your right cookie they do not work in cup sizes. I took a picture in of what I liked xx

Re: Best size for me
Mr M is defo not very forthcoming lol, he suggested / told me the size I could go and that he would recommend but ultimately it was up to me to do my homework then make my decision on BA day.
He ran through the risks of all the different sizes, and asked me to try on a few different sizes. I think his ways do not feel you with confidence however he is very good, and I personally can see why he recommended such a big size for me now. At the time I was thinking OMG really...800! Anything smaller would have been rubbish for me.
If your in doubt, speak to the clinic or a nurse. And also do some research on sizes, and try and find some pics. May help. Good luck Hun xx

Re: Best size for me
my surgeon was very clear on where the border was between maintaining a natural look and having obvious fakes...he basically said you can go to about 280 but anything above that will show the sides of the implants which is fine if you don't mind that but it won't give you the natural look. so it was a fairly easy decision for me, I asked him to go as big as he could on the day but keep them natural. I'd imagine it's harder once you got past that point because you're just debating degrees of largeness and it's harder to gauge what you want

Same as my surgeon said, any bigger and it would be under my armpits, and cause I do a lot of weights in the gym, he said they would get in the way x x

Re: Best size for me
Hi everyone,
It's now just over two weeks until my surgery and im STILL unsure on whether to change my implant size. I am currently down for 410cc high profile round implants but i am so scared they are going to look stuck on. The implant down would be 365cc high profile implant. If you could recommend me in any way i would be extremely grateful. Thankyou x

Re: Best size for me
Sorry to read you're still confused Hun. Just to add my opinion, mr m is a big boob surgeon. He will often give you the biggest you could go. Doesn't mean the right size for you though.
Even on a similar stats girl results for each cc vary differently.
Personally if your looking at more a 'c' cup I'd go with the less cc.

Re: Best size for me
I was told the same as rrr hun. I had 390cc hp unders. If i had gone any higher then you would have seen the side of the implant in my cleavage and at the sides and had such thin skin and no tissue so could have had rippling. I was a 32a and am now around a 32dd/e. I am 5ft10 and 10st10. I would have loved to have gone bigger but it wasn't possible for me and I do love my newbies. I have a picture trail if you would like to see. I am not 11 weeks post op xx
