Glad everything went well & you are loving your new additions.      ,
Swelling etc can take a few weeks to subside but a small price to pay for those fab boobs in your new avi!
Keep on top off pain meds if you need them to keep you comfortable for the next few days or more.Small walks & fresh air help keep you moving and feeling less stiff but don't over do it.
Early post op there's a lot can go on Buddha belly , swelling etc but these things are short lived and usually not long in passing.

Hi, they're so swollen now ive had to unclip my bra to the next set of holes lol keep getting a zap in my left nipple too hehe.
I feel fine tho, no pain, just uncomfortable and very aware of them. They feel real heavy every time i stand up.
10 days Anne?? It will fly by.
I like that we are all at different stages, it helps us know what to expect.

Thanks Emma, I guess one of the benefits of the furrys is that they put them where they will stay so no high up square boobs and no dropping and fluffing :)
I am super happy with them. My surgeon is a genius :) x x

Hi Jen, yes 10 days and I will start taking my arnica tomorrow. I have children too but all should be fine . I know the nerves will kick in a couple of days before. Very excited at the moment . Your boobs look awesome . I'm having drains so hope the swelling won't be to bad xxxx

Ive just had a quick measure and, with all the swelling which I know will subside, I am measuring a 32 DD!! Lol its amazing!!!
Must make a picture thing so you girls can have a look......
One question tho, do we free the nipple on here or have to keep it covered?? X x

Hi Jen x I thought I had already replied yesterday :/ can't find my post I must of fell asleep whilst writing it x yeah I had numbness like a fuzzy feeling especially all around the nipple area x think it's the hardcore painkillers from theatre will ware off as things get out your system xx how are you doing now ? Xx I've had a bit of a rough 12 hrs really bad shooting pains and a ripping/ burning feeling in my nipples ,can't wait to get out of this bandage tape I'm in, I've put a sports bra over the top cause a layer of my bandage came of yesterday it was dirty and all rolled up so I took it off ( nurse did not sound happy when I told her :/ ) x well jel you have been measured all ready mine are still up round my neck lol x love you pic by the way boobs look awesome! Can't wait to see mine properly x hope you have a good day Hun x

Aaw, DD, so sad you've had a rough 12 hours :( maybe getting up and bathing the boys was too much too soon?
Its so had letting other people take over though isn't it, when you are used to doing yourself. Im feeling sorry for my hubby running round after me like im royalty lol
Oh, I didn't realise you were all strapped up. Mine were just put in the bra in my avi while I was in theatre. I got given 2 in with the price of my surgery :) ive had a shower today so feel a bit better, when can you have a shower and when can your bandages come off?
I just measured myself last night, hoping I don't lose too much size with the swelling, would like to be a small d.
Have you managed anything today or have you taken it easy??

Hi everyone, thought I'd update :)
Yesterday I was feeling quite ropey, my tummy was giving me some trouble from all the meds, took some henna that they gave me and nothing happened :( was starting to feel a bit down about it. Took some more and ate some prunes and that did the trick! Lol
I popped out yesterday with hubby, got my body jewellery put back in and tried to get another bra as I washed one and the other one was really hurting my incisions,but that wore me out. Managed a shower yesterday morning too, helped by hubby. He has been an Angel!
Ive been sleeping well and found I don't need too much pain management, stopped the ibuprofen cuz my tummy was a bit delicate, and got some milk thistle to give my liver a helping hand after all these drugs.
Today my incisions are quite sore and I feel quite bruised, I don't feel as swollen tho so thats good. Finding I can move a bit more and stand up a bit straighter without feeling like my stitches will come undone. Clinic phoned to see how I was yesterday and made my follow up appointment for my dressing removal.
Had a couple of visitors today and don't feel exhausted :)
Kids are at my folks for tea tonight so I can rest a bit this evening. Putting them bed on ,y own tonight for the first time, a bit nervous about that.

Glad to hear alls going well Jen, was this your "first operation" or are u used to general anesthetics ? Haven't booked my BA yet but hoping to book next week after I've seen the surgeon, looking for mid jan I think so just trying to gauge how much time hubby's guna need off work x

Yes not long for me now. Started the arnica yesterday only got 3 more nights at work! Yay. Got my button up front pjs , got my wet wipes etc for hospital bag . Got my pre op Wednesday so hope that all goes well. My husband is very excited about my boobies. Glad your doing so well Jen xxx

Roses I would day 4 or 5 days for hubby to be on the safe side, you will need help with simple things.
Its NT my first GA, a couple of years ago I had 2 within te space of 4 weeks, it was awful.

Hi Anne, glad yr on the arnica. I looked at some but it has lactose in so I didn't get out as im vegan. Doing without it tho :) button front pj's are amazing lol x x
