How long does it take the incisions to start to heal over?x

Immediately. Just like any cut. How fast they heal and scab will be down to your body though. High white protein diet and lots of veg will help healing. You'll get your own instructions though re showering or moisturizing.

im 7weeks on and mine r great but little more obvious just on the corner off one side is it still early days for it to improve xx

Okay it's good to know! I'm so squeamish so I want them to hurry up and heal! There is a tiny bit of blood on both bandages but seeing the nurse tomorrow so hopefully it's all okay and nothing to worry about x

thats normal i had that as long as its not a funny colour its just blood colour and its dry xx

A lil blood is so normal. Its anything that's not blood you need to watch for, anything greeny yellow or smelly (sorry, I know that's gross!). They'll scab over nicely and just behave like normal as long as you keep them clean and dry.

After a week I had my dressings off and was so pleased, they were both healed although still noticeable. I am still loosing the glue (didn't have stitches) but the nurse told me that would fall off and just to leave it. 
I'm not long post op, but they look good! I think most women's are barely noticeable.
