Hi I'm currently a 34 c cup my surgeon wants to put 270cc anatomical overs in . Can anyone give me a rough size they think I may end up?

Yep definitely rice boobs. There is also a thread on here about estimated  sizing -if you're a 32 band 130cc will give 1 cup size more if you're a 34 band it's 160cc or something like that.

Everyone's unique in terms of anatomy so the same implant on 2 people can get totally different results.
Rice boobs can give a good indication of size but obviously not the shape & look.
Showing the  surgeon pictures of the size & look you are after at consultation is a good way of letting them know exactly what you are hoping your results to be and from these pictures & your measurements they can then work out the size & shape of the implant needed to get that result.
If you are unsure of the size of implant and what result it will get you, do go back and see your surgeon, you want to be confident going into surgery that you have made the right choice & your surgeon will want you to be happy with your results. The surgeon would rather see you again pre op to go over your choices/options ,rather than post op & unhappy with your result.

The rice boobs is the only way to see the approximate end size, the same implant can have very different results on two women.

And re the above - there is no way to calculate how many CC's you will be per cup. My BA works out at 48.5cc's per cup size I increased, and Im a 32 band. So sorry, not as simple as that!

If it's any help, 270cc rounds took me from a 32C/34B to a 32E normal size or 28FF in Bravissimo's more flattering sizing system.

As the others have said though, everybody is different and 270cc's may give you a bigger or smaller cup size increment. Anatomicals will probably add more uncertainty.
