Hi Girls..I've not been on in ages..hope everyone is doing well and happy with new boobies.. Well I'm 6 months post op (2nd BA) and I'm going bigger... Last time.. Going to 690cc from 495.. Decided I really want bigger again so going for it.. Double bubble still there a little but ps offered fat transfer free if not fixed with next BA... Happy to be back talking to all u lovely ladies xx

Is there any reason why the double bubble is still there, I always though that there was risk of it staying or getting worse if you went bigger? xx

Hi tink.. It has massively improved since 2nd op.. It looks practically normal but there is just a slight bubble now that I want rid of..I think if I go bigger it will correct.. Ps said if it doesn't will give me fat transfer but not a lot of fat on me lol.. 3rd time lucky.. How are things with you babe?

ah i see thats good then that there is the improvement, needing another reop but not sure that Im mentally ready to go ahead with it and my boobs arent awful but still not loving them xx

yeah CC has gone but my musles are abnormaly thick lol, surgeons words not mine so they are still kinda high up and not as soft as they could be, so we are thinking over the muscle and go a little bigger and change from MP to UHP xx

I'm doing good, just over 2 years PO, where does time go!
640 is a big implant so hopefully as you say 33rd time lucky for you, what size is it your hoping to be?

Glad all going well for you..I think the last BA will take me to a 34G.. Lol.. I'm a 30F /G at moment so I get confused with all the sizes 
How can I gain 4" across the band?? The 30 band perfect fit so not sure. The bra I'm wearing in my Avi is 30G from Boux Avenue.. 
I fancy fat transfer if last BA doesn't solve problem but I don't have much to take.. . It's more expensive than BA so don't know why he just doesn't give me BA for free and hopefully I won't need FT.. Xxx nice to hear from you xx:cheer:

Would imagine the fat transfer will only be a small amount to smooth out or fill any imperfection ,not the same as having lots of fat transferred instead of having implants.
If you are measuring a 30 band no matter what sized implant you have you should still be a 30 band just the cup size will increase, not matter what , going to be your desired Big boobs!  Boobs XXX

Why would you want to go up a band? That would involve putting on weight. As Mirren Says, if you're a 30, you're a 30. All the support comes from the band, so wearing the wrong size wont do anything for you. If you're after a '34G', then you're likely looking at a 30HH.

Hi honey. I don't want to go up a band.. This is what my PS recommended! I said to him I was wearing a 30g and he said buy a 34g for PO.. I don't know.. All I know is I was bigger cups not back lol.. X

Surgeons as skilled as they are at creating fab boobs aren't the best when it comes to bra's!
As Charli has said your probably looking at around a 30HH Bravissamo will be able to sort you out for the larger cup bra's you will need. XXX

Aaha I see. I really think they should have proper bra fitting training! You'll probably be 34 post for swelling, sure, but not for final result. Silly surgeons.
