Re: bra shoppin
Your boobs will continue to change up to a year after your BA. It's fine to go get some bras once you've been given the all clear, but we advise not to go mad as they may still change. I got my all clear at 8wk and was fitted into a 32dd. At 6m I noticed I was spilling out of them, and had to go up to an E. The softer they get, the better they fill the bra, which is why they can go up a cup once you fluff.

Re: bra shoppin
You'll be around 3 months post-op by Christmas won't you?
At that stage the chances of changing size by then could very well still happen, but the chances are still minimal.
Charlii and misf1 are the longest here to fluff I think with misf1 changing cup size 3 times within that 6 months. For the majority, by around 3 months the fluffing is done.
So it's up to you hun....I was 3 months post-op when I was given the all clear, had my fitting and I've never changed my cupsize again.
I did however air on the side of caution. You'll find bras are VERY expensive, so I thought I'd give my boobs another month and got a nice pretty white set, a black set and a nude set and I was sorted. I did however spend a lot becauae I bought from a lingerie specialist shop. Debenhams have a beautiful range of bras called gorgeous. If you get fitted in a specialist shop you could then always by the cheaper bras in the department stores if that what you wanted to do, so that's an option for you.
Those three sets with my sportsbras too (you'll soon realise how much you love your sports bras once you no longer need them. Mine are like a pair of old slippers now. I LOVE them) were more than enough for me until 'I' wanted to buy myself more bras.
Sales before Christmas are getting earlier and earlier! I think they started in November last year, so that would be perfect for you to get a couple more bras and then.......if you still want more bras! Ask for lingerie vouchers and you save on them again yaaaayyyy!
Don't blame me though if you're like Charlii and misf1 and fluff again after Christmas....I was never here. This post was just a figment of your imagination!

Haha, the ghost of boobs yet to come! I think blueeyedsoul was around 9-12m (I'm sure she won't mind me saying). Plus mine have definitely gotten softer and more boob shape since the 6m mark, but still in the E. There's no way of predicting really, it'll be up to you. But in my case had to bin about 4bras. Kept one for oomph ;)
