How do you mean? As in when should you start massaging them? DONT. Unless you have explicit instructions from your surgeon to do so, which is only usually if they are stubborn, do not massage your breasts. The implant needs to adhere to the pocket, and massage will prevent this happening.

If you mean the scar, then it's usually 4-6wk once it's healed. Check with your nurse.

Yup, what Charlii said  yes

Your clinic nurse will assess your boobs and dependent on healing as Charlii said 4-6 weeks, possibly up to 12 weeks all the massage is is to use your finger tips and use circular motion up and down the scar. You'll find omething to make the massage easier like an oil or a moisturiser will help to make the massage easier. Your clinic may advise an expensive oil for you to use - not necessary! Just another way of getting money from your pocket into theirs. All you need is maybe some bio-oil with is around £3 or any moisturiser you have. Even cheap stuff will do, it's only to make the massage easier. And that's all it is. But never massage before that all clear from your nurse. If that scar isn't fully healed, you do risk getting an infection and also risk your after too. Xx
