Hunched shoulders?!
Hi girls,
I've noticed I'm really really hunched! My shoulders are forward, and I'm trying to make a conscious effort to keep them back!
Has anyone else noticed this?
I was thinking it might be a subconscious thing to keep them hidden or to protect them or is it likely to be my body getting used to the weight?
Thanks in advance xxx

You got it in one. It's a subconscious thing for protection
It happens to us all Lozzaroo and can play havoc with your back unless you do try and think about your posture when you are standing.
Don't push it though, just go easy and only do what your body will allow you to do without hurting yourself. Xx

It's the bodies natural way of protecting itself. Just try and get yourself upright when you can, slowly and carefully. Will help with the Buddha belly too!

Re: Hunched shoulders?!
this really was the main problem I had and it got so painfull just with the way I was holding myself
I used to stand against a wall and slowly straighten my back against the wall a few times a day, really eased it up xx
