It's good to see you back here! I think the surgeon you have in mind might be Mr Singh he is known for doing larger implants for those who wish to have them.
Are you thinking of having yours done again? In your avi yours look an impressive size already!

Yup, it's Mr Singh babe.

I really don't know of any other surgeon that risks going for the very large breasts, so it's up to you whether or not you listen Boney (nice to see you back ) but please do get a second opinion before going under the knife.

When opting for very big boobs you need to have them made for you, rather than 'off the peg' so to say lol. Now do ask if the implants are covered by the clinics aftercare because many aren't. Also, knowing that the bigger the implant the higher the risks and you jump too big, too soon, it could leaving you having further surgery, possibly needing to part pay for it yourself because implants aren't covered quite soon after your original op.

It could work out great Boney, but at least get a second opinion - I can tell you that Mrsball who also wanted big boobs got hers from a BAAPS surgeon Nick Percival which surprised me, but she was told she could have bigger boobs (this was her 3rd op, so skin had stretched to accommodate the implant) but he wouldn't go bigger than he thought would cause her problems
