Size of new boobs in clothes? Empty Size of new boobs in clothes?

Post by Daisychains 4th August 2014, 4:40 pm

A lot of posts I've read say either that the bra size you measure post BA isn't reflective of the size they look and a few say that their boobs don't look as big in clothes as naked. Do you generally find that's true? Trying rice boobs with my gym gear they look big but in normal clothes I guess they would be similar to what I'd have with my double cups size bigger bras but when I look at actual boob pics I get a bit paranoid that they'll look huge even with a small implant, but at a 34/32aa maybe that's just because anything is huge!!!

I think it's a case of perception. Under normal day to day clothes, you're not drawing attention to them, and you just see the outer curve of the bust. But naked, they're there in all their glory, so they seem bigger. I dunno, that's just my take on it. There's also the perceived size, what you think sizes are compared to your actual measurement. I have one mate who is the only person bar hubs to have seen before and after, and clothed they were all 'they're not that big, you can't be an E, C/D max'. I had to show my bra label to prove it! But again, thats assuming you'll always be one bra size, I'm anywhere between a D and E. There's so many variables involved. At the end of the day, you'll be X cc's in volume bigger, fact, and nothing more or less.

I agree! They seem much bigger naked...but then maybe real boobs do too?! I wouldn't know! I think they measure bigger than what you perceive or compared to a natural boob as they are much more pert...but who knows. I made my decision on how i wanted them to look naked/in a bikini.  I knew i'd feel embarrassed in a bikini if they were overly big or fake looking. I was less worried about how they looked in clothes as knew that was easier to disguise/enhance! That was just my preference and everyone one is different!  If i could have had a bigger implant that looked totally natural i would have!

I agree, I think in clothes you can either show them off or keep them under wraps a bit, but naked.... There really isn't any hiding how big they are!!

I also think people tend to think they're big, but they don't seem to realise they are as big as they actually are in terms of bra size.... :)

Totally! When quite a few of my family and friends first saw me they were expecting them to look a lot bigger but soon as they saw them in the flesh they couldnt believe how much bigger they were  Boobs  haha. I cant help you with the swimsuit dilemma as im only 5 weeks post op but id imagine, just stay away from deep plunge and much of padding! xx

Bikini is all going to be down to the cut. A plunge haulterneck is going to accentuate, but a bra shape or perhaps bandeau might minimize? Figleaves have the tricks of the trade on their site, but you'll just have to try them on and see which shape works for you.

Heya hun, seem to remember you were going for smaller implants? I had 270 unders 25 days ago from a 32a and although mine haven't dropped and fluffed yet, I'm finding the same as you did with your rice boobs - they look the same size as my 2sizes bigger gel bras in normal clothes, but look quite big to me when they're not in clothes! Went out to the pub and saw my friends yesterday for the first time since I've had them done and as far as I know, no one noticed. I think if you're already wearing mega padded bras and going for a smallish implant they'll probably look about the same x

Hi Girls - thanks for all the feedback - what would I do without this site! Ella yes I am looking at either 215's or 245's so you are pretty close to me. Would you mind sharing your picture trail? Out of interest as you went with Spire, did you go for PURE implants as that's what Mrs Kat recommended for me, but I am a little unsure as they aren't FDA approved, but then the flip side is that they have a lower risk of turning with anatomicals. Decisions Decisions!

Louie yours look great in that vest top but yes it definitely shows them in their full glory! I guess I'll just have to dress them up or down as per the occasion! X

I would hun, but I don't have one yet! If I get around to creating one, I'll wing you the details though  Smike   I didn't get a choice with Mr McGeorge, he just said 270 anatomical allergan natrelles. Are the PURE implants the same as furry brazilians? That's what Mrs Kat said for me, (they were the yellow ones, if that helps?). I think it's down to the surgeon's preference rather than the company though  x
