I feel like my boobs are contracting, they are not hurting but I think I have over done things today. It is a strange feeling I have no pain just tightness should I be feeling this, I have not really felt them as such because they were so numb. Hopefully it is just the sensation of everything healing and its more enhanced because they are not has numb. I Google or search and before I know the worst is happening to me. Xx

Tightness is absolutely normal. Your skin and muscles are still going to be stretching in order to accommodate the implant, so they're going to be tight and contracted for a while yet. Keep taking your painkillers regularly and make sure you are resting, it's easy to think your ready to start getting back to normal, but your so early still.

Haha! I was convinced mine would fall out when I took my bra off! It's going to be uncomfortable for a while though, especially in the heat, but it's all normal.
