Flabelos / vibrating machine...
Hi can any1 advise me when we can use theses vibrating machines after b.a ??

Think it will depend on your own ps advice hun. They are seam to say different things.
I would definitely check first.
I used to use the vibrant plates all the time but only started using them a good 18 months after my first op

I really couldn't say. As a rule, follow your exercise instructions given, so 6-12wk depending on what you've been told. But I'd give your clinic a ring to be sure. And make sure you've got a well supporting sports bra on when you use it. It might not be directly affecting your upper body like running, but you need to keep the jiggles to a minimum!
