Help :(
One of my incisions is very sore n looks like it's dry n maybe a bit of scab has come away from it is there anything I can do to help it? Do I need to go see my surgeon do we think?

Re: Help :(
I think just leave it alone. So long as it's not oozing white yuk, it's fine. The scabs will start coming away now which is normal. Check with your surgeon, but 4-6wk you can start massage/ moisturising them. I used tamanu balm on mine and it works a treat for the dry old skin.

Re: Help :(
Any moisturiser will do, but the tamanu is great on all dry skin, cuts, blisters etc. I got mine from the THG website, it's pricey, but mines barely used, you only need a smidgen.

Re: Help :(
Yup, fine on your nips! When you start using it, it's kinda gross because it does actually slough the dry skin off! You massage it in firmly. Kinda stinky too, but works so well!
