Day 12 & Updated Pics

Evening Ladies,
Its been a busy few days since over been able to get on here so i haven't had a chance to update my picture trail until tonight. Ive put a few more of week 1 and a few from week 2 on there too. I'm day 12 now and all seems good, a little too good really. i keep expecting to run into some issues and keep staring at them looking for flaws. 
Im also working really hard on resting still because I feel mostly normal so I keep having to remind myself that i can't drive or pick up my little ones yet. 
I went shopping at the weekend for new sxortsbras and found the m&s high impact fit well and are comfy. Amazed to be in a 32F but not getting my hopes up as I may have fitted myself all wrong! Its feels very supportive so hope i have got it right.
I have my 2 week check back at the Spire Hospital on Thursday morning when hopefully i can get the all clear for a shower.
I went for my one week check last Thursday and although my wounds looked good and she gave me some waterproof dressings to cover the new plasters she had put on, they didn't quite fit snuggly so I'm still on shallow baths and flannel washes, which just doesn't make you feel clean in all this muggy weather!! Fingers crossed for a shower this week!

Anyway I'm waffling... hope all my June girls are feeling well too and Good Luck to all the new July girls.

Just re-read my post and now think i sound smug! I'm not i promise, recovery seems to be going well for me but i know everyone is different and I've had my moments of panic but am feeling positive at the moment :)
Also excuse typos - really need to use the preview button more!

I'm very up and down to be honest, sometimes like now, I feel good but in an hour I might be extremely uncomfortable and yesterday I was very teary! It's definitely not been plain sailing but don't get me wrong I'm 100% not complaining. Just taking it all in my stride! After all...I have my boobies! Xx

Of course we don't Beckieboo! 
Everyone is different as you'll see. Yesterday was the first day I'd dropped the Ibruprofen, and just had paracetamol. I think taking medication regularly regardless of how I felt has helped me keep ontop of things post surgery. 
Hope things continue to improve for you Sharon, when you feel low just take a peak at your new twins, I love having a sneaky peak at mine :) xx

Sounds like your recovery is going really well which is fab. I have M&S high impact sports and I still wear mine on an evening and at bedtime as they're so comfy and supportive.

Still early days so take it easy and enjoy looking at those new boobies x

Sammi are u in a Macom and have u tried the M&S high impacts? Xx

i didn't get a macom, i was advised to wear a post surgery bra form Asda for first week. 
Now i am in high impact M&S ones (the 2 pack ones), very comfy and not super high at the front so i've still been able to wear my normal vest tops and clothes. x
