I don't know what your surgeon opinion is but i asked mine the same questions yesterday as i am really suffering. He told me I'm fine to continue with hay fever tabs and also my contraceptive pill.
Maybe phone yours to ask? x

totally! My hubby said to me tonight i'd finally lost my 'baby brain' which i thought was good considering she's 10 months old now but he followed it up with 'but you've developed bobby brain'

Sounds like you're just coming down with cold like symptoms on the run up to your BA which is very common.

I'd personally steer well clear of any medication that isn't absolutely necessary babe.

If you feel you need something, then its better to get 'natural' vitamins down you to strengthen your immune system.

Vitamin C is great, and if you're experiencing a sore/scratchy throat, some honey too. Pop a little of both in some boiled water (squeeze half a lemon and a teaspoon full of honey) and drink that along with getting lots of rest and staying warm.... That generally does the trick hun. Xx

The heat will have brought out the pollen, so it could be allergies. You can develop them at any time because the pollen and your immune system changes. If it's just itchy eyes and running Jose, check with the surgeon. They might suggest one is ok, one isn't, but they'll know best.

If you start getting cough-y and run down, rest up, plenty of OJ, protein and green superfood veg to get you back up and running.
