Picture trails are great for recording your boobie journey, when you have them done and are looking at them every day you don't notice all the subtle changes as they happen.XXX

I don't have a picture trail, but I kept pics for the first 8wks. I wish I'd taken pre Ops to compare. You want to take front and side on pics to get a good view. It's great to document your progress.

I started my picture trail before I had my op even though I hated my boobs and I was updating mine every day for ages. My picture trail is quite big but I find its so nice to be able to look at how much they changed from week to week. xx
