Hi. Ive jus returned from seeing dr plovier in belgium 3 days ago.. I had 350cc before 11 yrs ago. Ive totally forgot the process.. Ive gone feom a c to a full d. I love the shape, but do they fluff and fo bigger!?? Ive had a 615 cc high profile, theres not a hige difference.. Whats the fluffing process and how long does it take x

Wow, that's a big ol' implant! Right now theyre going to be held so high and tight, which is probably why you think they don't look any bigger. Give them time and they'll start to drop into place. Fluffing is the process whereby gravity takes hold of the implant and the 'goo' falls to the bottom of the implant. There are a couple of diagrams on here in the BA information section. Its kind of like going from D to b (if you imagine a slope from the straight to the round of the b) giving you that more natural look. As the lower pole fills out this can sometimes take you up a cup too. You just have to be patient with it, it can take anywhere between weeks to months.
