Can anyone please tell me what 'fluffing' means?

Re: Terminology
Fluffing is the word we use for when the implant settles and gravity take hold of the 'goo'. So if you imagine the implant when new is a D shape (if rounds not anatomicals). Initially these will sit high and firm on your chest. As the implant softens and settles, gravity will work to pull the 'goo' to settle in the lower pole of the breast. This gives it the natural slope and fuller lower breast look, more like a b (if you imagine a line from the top straight across the curve). As the lower pole become fuller, it can sometimes increase the cup size, which is why we recommended not going crazy at your first measuring. I went dd to e between 3-6m.
Hope that helps! There's a great image on here in the ba info bit that can help too.
