I've just booked a consultation at the Manchester transform for a boob job can't wait, 
I'm a 34b and want to go as big as possible! I'm so excited and can't wait for big fake boobs!!!

Good luck with your consultation! Try not to get carried away with the excitement of wanting your BA and rush into anything, do take time to have a few consultations to explore all the options that may be available to you and to find the surgeon that you  are confident in getting the best results for you. Let us know how it goes.XXX

I agree with Mirren. Plus, different surgeons often have different thoughts on what they feel they can achieve for you so it's well worth booking in to see a few different surgeons so you've got something to compare before making your decision. 

It's a very exciting time so have fun and I hope you have a positive consult xxx

Good luck! Like the other girls have said, make sure you have other consults too, including at least one BAAPS/BAPRAS surgeon. Let us know how it goes x
