My boob job
Hi girls well at the minute my boobs are an empty 34b they have a bit of sag on them and I can't wait to get them done. I quite like the round fake look and want to get them as big as possible and to look pornstary! I'm thinking of having a lift aswell so they ride high. How big can I go do you reckon girls. At the minute I have no confidence in bikinis and envy girls with bigger boobs! My husband doesn't know yet but he'll support me when I decide to go ahead with the op I think I might get silicone overs

Re: My boob job
Hey hun
I would go with what the surgeon suggests for you. If you tell him/ her wht look you want thy will tell you if that is possible with what you have currently...I'm sure there are a lot of factors involved in their decision wht is best or you to have.
Have you seen any surgeons yet?? Xx

Re: My boob job
Overs have more chance of sagging Hun. Had mine less than 7 months and I'm having revision to go under the muscle. I also wanted the fake look but was told I could only go to a DD had 375cc overs and went to 32FF but my upper pole is empty. Having revision to go under and a large implant to give me the full fake look I want x

Re: My boob job
I'm not sure about the sagging Hun but there are pros and cons for overs and unders and the surgeon would talk ou through them depending on what you re able to have. Xx

Re: My boob job
Overs are more likely to bottom out. Mine are on the verge my surgeon said. That's why I have to wear support bra 24-7 until I have my revision in August x

Re: My boob job
You can't choose whether you have a lift or not, or whether you have overs/unders. It'll be what the surgeon thinks is best. If you tell the surgeon what look you want, he will suggest the best option for you. Overs are more likely to sag than unders, and overs/unders both bottom out. Bottoming out is a lot more of a possibility if you go too big.

Re: My boob job
Hi girls I'm going to book a consult with transform for a boob job, do you have to take holiday off in work or can you get a sick note?

Re: My boob job
Only a surgeon will be able to tell you what you can and can't have, we can't advise on that. But the more surgeons and consults you have, the more info you'll have and the better the decision you can make. There are plenty of surgeons that will do the fake look, but beware that a good surgeon will only operate within healthy and safe guidelines of your body. You can only go as big as your body can safely take. For me, that was 340 that took me aa to dd/e. Others can accommodate much much more. You'll only know when you start going to consults.

I'm pretty sure you can't get a sick note for a consultation lol. Why don't you just book the consult after work time?

Re: My boob job
RE time of it would depend on what you do, and what your Mgr will allow. I highly doubt you can get a sick note, but some girls get 'light duties only' notes. I took one weeks holiday, and then worked from home for a further two, but I'm lucky enough to have that luxury in my job.
What you do will dictate how long you need off. Most surgeons say 1wk, but if you've got a very physical job you may need longer.
