Bra on or off for bed?
Had my 4 week check today and been told I don't need to wear my bra for bed anymore. What's best on or off? I've always worn mine, he said I can wear it but don't have to. Just wondered what everyone does. Xx

Re: Bra on or off for bed?
I still wear a light sports bra type thing to bed but I too was told at 6 weeks ...no need and to treat them as my own. I think it is what you feel comfy with doing.
My hubby would like me to ditch the bra in bed I am sure ..hehe x

On for me every night. I wouldn't risk it personally.

Re: Bra on or off for bed?
good question!
basically once you're healed (and i do think 6 weeks is still quite early) it doesn't matter what you do as in, it depends on personal preference.
a lot of girls like to provide their boobs with proper support to prevent sagging, and some girls just need the support to prevent aching too.
mostly i still wear my macom to bed, and i'm 10 months post op. it just feels really comfy and secure.
now and again i sleep braless, and i also did so on a 3 week holiday recently, every night, as i was camping and wanted as little hassle with clothing as possible.
but i didn't brave that until at least 6 months in! not 6 weeks.. x

Think I'll give it a whirl tonight but I've always slept with one on so probs go back tomorrow. Surgeon said I could do either but it would be good for the scars. X

I was given the all clear at 3months, but I still wear my Macom to bed every night. It wasn't until 6m that I stopped wearing a sock between them for support too! They just get too achy if I don't. Ive fallen asleep drunk without it a couple times, but woken up at stupid oclock sore so put it on. Its up to you and what you feel most comfortable in.

I still wear my sports bra to bed every night! We've all paid 4k+ for these boobies, so it makes sense to keep them well supported and look after them.

Initially I wanted to keep them supported but now I feel so comfortable in it so don't see the point in not wearing it.
Plus it's got to protect them from sagging prematurely x
