Incisions
Hi I've added some pics of my incisions on my picture trail.
When I went for my one week post op check the nurse just took the dressings off and told me not to put anything on them until I see the surgeon again at my 6 week check.
I want to get something ready to start putting on after I've seen him. What's the best? Has anyone used the scar away silicone sheets? X

Re: Incisions
The silicone scar sheets are more for people prone to keloid scars. At 4wks I massaged mine a bit with tamanu balm, but that mostly just sloughed off the dead skin. Actually massaging them made me queasy. But they're totally invisible now. No need to touch them or disturb them.
