What is it thats in Chinese food that's so bad ? Is green tea still a no no ? Not mentioned in my notes but I know has been mentioned in some other ladies xx

Something to do with garlic and green tea thinning the blood which I think increases the heamatoma risk maybe? Not 100% xx

Cheers! Slept a lot today and feel mostly fine :) just normal symptoms. Think making that last minute decision to go smaller has saved me some stretching pains.
