Thanks everyone! They are very sore and swollen today I keep trying to move the band to get them a bit comfier, at the moment it feels like when breast milk comes in & they go like rocks !! Presuming that's normal ? 

I've got to still keep the horrible stockings on too & they are not the comfiest  nope  Xxx

I took my stockings off both times and after section aslong as ur doing some walking and not lying in bed all day you will be fine xx

That's what I thought galeforce when PCC said you might wake up with a band on , but nope it's huge ! Keeping everything all tucked and tight though so I feel a bit safer if you know what I mean , will all be worth it when it can come off xx

Haha thanks mirren, I feel awful though :( I had lost quite a bit of weight beforehand and the swelling makes me feel like I've put it all back on again ;( it looks more podgey in person xxx
