Macom and sizing Empty Macom and sizing

Hi ladies I haven't been on for a while but I'm having my BA next Wednesday. I went to buy my bras from m&s today but they didn't have my size. I'm now thinking I might order the Macom instead incase the cup size isn't accurate. My problem is size, I wear 34a bras but one surgeon told me I was actually 32. I've just measured myself and I get 29? Confused!  Do I get the small macom (32) or the extra small. I thought maybe with swelling 32 would be best. I have my pre op tomorrow so maybe I could ask the nurse. Finally am I leaving it a bit late? Do they take a while to delivery?  Xxxxx

That's good, I'm just confused because the surgeon said I was 32 but with my tape measure I'm nowhere near 32 anywhere x

My surgeon measured me at 34aa pre op. Some people +2 and some +4 inches.

Just measure your band and buy the macom your size.

All the support comes from the band, so it needs to be snug. I'd def go with the xs
