Hi girls please help...!
Hi girls, hope your all well. I really need some help...
I don't know wether what I'm going through is normal or if I'm allergic to the implant, but my entire chest is so incredibly itchy, it is literally torture. It's a deep and constant itch over my entire chest and it's so incredibly painful. It's waking me up every single night, I havnt had a full nights sleep in a month. I don't cry easily, but it's making me cry 24/7 because it is so so so incredibly painful and it is literally like torture, they're red raw, like two tomatoes. I reached breaking point last night when it woke me up and I couldn't go back to sleep as nothing was calming them down, I havnt put my bra back on since 2am this morning so I can keep putting cold flannels on them, and I've put an entire bottle of calamine lotion and taken two piriton and it's still killing me! is this normal and how long is it gona last?but if it's a case that I'm allergic to them then I need them taken out. I'm gona absolutely hate having them taken out, but I cannot live with this a second longer, it's torture! I do have polyurethane implants and apparently people do have rashes from them, but this feels a million billion times worse!! Thanks girls! Xx

Re: Hi girls please help...!
Awww hun that sounds awful. Have u spoken to your aftercare nurse or surgeon? Do they feel hot to the touch? I think a few ladies get itching with the healing and maybe stretching of the skin x

Re: Hi girls please help...!
Have u been to your gp? I would go to a minor injuries unit and get some help. You've been dealing with this for a month!
My son had severe eczema and it sounds like you are having a reaction to something.
If u was allergic to your implants wouldn't your body reject them by other means.
Do something today, u shouldn't have to suffer.
Let us know how u get on xxx

Thanks girls!
No wasn't transform, was mr Hassan at elite, but he's in Birmingham and it's not easy to get there. Last time i spoke to him about this he said to take my bra of for 2 hours a day and take piriton, but def not working! I havnt been to the gp, I've been twice with two other ba related things and they didn't have any idea what they were doing. Yeah they're definatly hot to touch. Have emailed mr h again this morning, hopefully he'll get back to me today! Xx

Re: Hi girls please help...!
Hi bgorringe,
I hope your ok. Mine were itchy and sore to touch for about 3-4 weeks after my BA. But if you are concerned and its feeling unbearable go to the doctors or contact your clinic, you need to get it checked out even if its just for piece of mind.
Keep us posted on how you get on.

Sounds like you've got a plan. I was going to say this far on shouldn't be so uncomfortable, try and see the surgeon. Stick with the antihistamines and steroids for the course he gives you, and persist at him if it continues.

Re: Hi girls please help...!
Hi girls, so I got a month of super strong antihistamines and 6 weeks of steriods! He said I have red Brest syndrome! :-) lol. In gona take the antihistamines, but I'm gona swerve the steriods for a week or so, hopefully I won't need them. Reading the side effects they seem dreadful! High chance of depression, weight gain and hard to sleep. and can't jus stop taking them, have to gradually come of them over the 6 weeks. Doesn't sound pleasant!
Did you get to see him doughty, I know he was running 2 hours late xxx

Re: Hi girls please help...!
Red breast syndrome!lol At least it's comforting to know that it's not an allergy to the implants.
Hopefully you will get better very soon
Xxx. P/s I've been looking at picture trails again today
(Getting nervous about my surgery) and your uplift piccies are prob the best I've seen - do hope mine turn out as good as yours!
