After 10 years of thinking about it I have finally booked my BA for 24th April!!! Aggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Soooooooo excited!!!!!!!!! Thought why wait! So I'm no longer a May buddy I'm an April buddy!! Xxx

I had a great experience with Transform and I've heard Mr.Clarke is a very good surgeon.
Which implants did you decide to go for in the end?

I really like Gemma Atkinson, Kelly brook kind of size & shape, I'm 34C now but just not as full as I would like !! Not as big as my avi just liked that piccie :) xx

If I can give any advice that really helped me is get them abs done, sit up sit up sit up, get the tummy muscles strong for afterwards xx

Hahaha, Tink's right, your abs will be your only support mechanism! You can't rely on your arms or anyone else to get you up from your reclined seating position. Get doing your situps anf then you'll have a great toned bod along with your new boobs tol! Win win! Xxxx

yeah the night i got home I tried to just get out bed like you normally do and got stuck lol im so glad that I done abs as I was in the house on my own from day 2 from early in the morning til late afternoon first time and the same after reop

I would have hated to get stuck in bed and pee it lol xx
